WHAT AN INVITE
Would you like to go for a swim? We just got the pool all ready and getting hot enough for a nice swim anytime now. I am not much for the heat or swimming but it does always look so inviting. When I was a kid oh how I wanted a swimming pool. My Dad would say, go dig you a whole, fill it with water and go for it. Lol. How funny. Sure did not have this back in the time I was growing up. Enjoy your afternoon.
A MONDY HELLO
Finally got this done. Pinapple Doily and looks like grapes. The Art of crocheting is so amazing. I am so thankful I took the time to learn this. I am working on a Afghan now for a friend. Going to put it together with a fuzzy yarn. Should be interesting. Have a great day my friends.

FRIDAY WONDERS
Have you ever wondered where all the Aprons your Mother use to wear went to? I do and think about how I wish I would have kept just one of them. As I put on my Apron to cook today all the wonderful memories began to flow through my mind. Here I am cooking in a air conditioned kitchen when my poor Mother would have sweat running down her from the kitchen being so hot but she never failed to have a great dinner on the table for us. It did not matter how hot as she was determained to have that delacious food on the table. Those was the good ole days. Sit back, relax and think about when your Mother most likely did the same thing for you.

MEMORIES OF THE PAST
Do you remember these, going to the drive inn and listening to your movie with this hanging in your window. I use to think now if it only put out heat in the winter and air in the summer this thing would be great. But, we put up with the bugs, heat an cold as this was the THING back in the good ole days. Today, I don't think they have drive inns anymore. Don't want to say they are gone and a thing of the past as there just might be one somewhere. Oh the Memories.
I wish you a great day, sit back and think of all the wonderful memories that once was a part of your life.

JUST HAD TO SHARE
An old
man and woman were married for many years, even though they hated each other.
Whenever there was a confrontation, yelling could be heard deep into the night,
and old man would shout, "When
I die, I will dig my way up and out of the grave and come back and haunt you for
the rest of your life!"
Neighbors
feared him. They believed he practiced magic because of the many strange
occurrences that took place in their neighborhood.
The old man liked the fact that he was feared. To everyone's relief, he died of a heart attack when he was 98, and the neighbors were happy, but a little afraid all the same.
His wife had a closed casket funeral and after the burial, she went straight to the local bar and began to party as if there was no tomorrow.
Her neighbors, concerned for her safety, asked "Aren't you afraid that he may indeed be able to dig his way out of the grave and haunt you for the rest of your life?"
The wife put down her drink and said, "Let him dig. I had him buried upside down, and I know he won't ask for directions."
SUNDAY HOWDY
What a beautiful day it is in sunny Florida. Nice and cool so a great day to be outside. I am thinking maybe I will even go get some Roses and make myself a Rose bed. Love those roses.
I wish each of you a beautiful, Bless day.
