So, the Birds are singing and it is such a nice Fall feeling day in Florida . We took our dog, Micky in the golf cart for a ride and you could feel the breeze blowing and seeing the squirels out gathering their winter food up. I hope you are enjoying your day as well.
This morning I finished a piece of Crochet I had started and this is the results
Made this for a Christmas gift for a nice lady. When I am down and out, I can pick up my thread and needle and get into my own lil world. I just block out all the negative so I try to do this every day.
Leaving you with this in mind-
Fall is just around the bend. Have a wonderful day.

May you trust that you are exactly where you are

May you not forget the infinite possibilities

May you use the gifts that you have received and
pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content with yourself just the way you
are.
Let this knowledge settle into your bones, and

HUM--WONDER OF IT WILL WORK
REFRESHING !!
FAT FLUSH WAT...ER !!!
You should drink at least three 8 oz glasses per day, they say the longer it sits, the better it tastes. You can eat them as well but they are intended as flavoring and still work, so that is a personal choice. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think!
Ingredients per 8 oz serving
Water
1 slice grapefruit
1 tangerine
½ cucumber, sliced
2 peppermint leaves
Ice – as much as you like
Directions
Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit and tangerine (or peel). Combine all ingredients (fruits, vegetables, 8 oz water, and ice) into a large pitcher
Do you think this might work? I have what they call the middle or should I say old age spread so think I might just try this. Never hurts to try they say.
Beginning to rain here in sunny Florida so will be a quiet day. I hope you have a fun filled day yourself.
Love
