SATURDAY GREETINGS

My children are my greatest Blessings. I found out yesterday that my daughter has Lupus and that her blood counts are doubles since the last test. Waiting to get into a Doctor to see what the next steps are. A worry that no mother wants to have is when one of her children is not well, sick and not happy. We as mothers just wants to make it all go away. Having Faith will see us through. You have a wonderful day.

A FRIDAY HELLO

Yall, yep I am a southern gal. Having my coffee and thought I would drop be to say Good Morning. We are suppose to get rain today so I think I will call this my lazy Friday. CHEEP GAS

Ok, I have it all figured out, A cheep gas solution. This is one of the way the Amish get around. Some have bikes, buggies and scooters. But, the gas is sure cheep.

I can not believe that once I remember gas being 50 cent a gallon, now today almost $4.00 a gal. What is wrong with this picture today, has gas gotten different.?????

A WEDNESDAY HOWDY-DO

Growning Old, do you ever just sit and think about how just yesterday you were only 16? Where has all my life time gone. Yesterday as I was trying to get something done, my mind said you can do this but the ole body told me No you can't. Oh well, I gave it a try. Lol

What a lovely day to be out on the porch, listening to the birds and enjoying all the beautiful flowers around you. I am so thankfull for my life, my home, my family and most of all sometimes, lol my sweet hubby. They say Men don't change, well, yes they do. CROCHET SATURDAY

I have been crocheting up a storm. Finally finished a project for a friend. I enjoy doing this and so thankfull that I took the time to learn the art of crocheting. When you get older, it keeps those fingers and mind active.

Looks like it is going to be a beautiful day as yesterday was rain. Looking for that cool front to hurry and get here that they weather man says is comming. I am not a summertime gal at all. Have a peacefull and fun day.

ANOTHER FRIDAY

Time to party, it is the weekend. Going to be raining here so will just hang out, watch the races and crochet some. You say, what will the hubby do? well, bug me of course. Our weather all over is sure a talk of the town. I think it is going to be a long hot summer. Thank goodness for the ole AC. I often wonder how do the Amish do it, make it without Ac I mean. I remember those hot nights and days back when I was younger and we had no Ac. Would lay and fan myself with a paper fan until I guess I fell askeep. Oh those were the days.

Morning, do you like Flee Markets? They are having a Estate sale tomorrow so I hope I can go check it out. I like to look. I enjoy looking for old tea cups and saucers. Such nice items you can find sometimes. Have a lovely day. This was a find at the yard sale.

HELLO SPRING

Hello Spring, the birds are singing and the sun is shinning what a beautiful sound. I love my birds. I have bird houses and feeders everywhere outside my home. Today I will plant another Rose bush and then sit back and enjoy my beautiful flowers all in bloom. I wish you a lovely and peacefull day.

SUNDAY GREETINGS

Morning to ya, it is a rosey day here in sunny Florida today. I finally got my rose planted. I wanted to get one of the knock-out roses but they were all sold out. When I had my house I had a rose garden and loved working in it. Today the roses are better as some are less disease free they say.
Going to the craft store and getting some yard and thread today to begin more projects. I hope you have a lovely relaxing day.

What to do today? Do you ever have that pop into your head? Of course I always have housework, yardwork and who knows what to do but do I do it, why No. Wednesday is my lazy day. Hubby and I are talking about heading to Indiana for a few months. He was born and raised there so once in awhile we go stay and spend time with the family. MY SON

Just take a look at my precious great grandson Landyn with his grandpa, my son. Oh me, Oh my, now I am telling my age. I miss my family so much. One here and there is hard on me. I want them all back little right with me by my side. I love my children with all my heart and soul. Love you also Landyn, Need I say I also have 7 grand children who I can't leave out of all my kisses and hugs.

Oh my goodness, My grandson is taller than his mom. They decided to go to Disney for his spring break. What a beautiful picture they sent me.

Really warm today. I think it is going to be a hot summer here in sunny Florida. Wonder if I should think of heading North.

SUNNY IN FLORIDA

Hello friends, I thought I would bake a Coconut Cake today. Seems like I got a sweet tooth for some reason, I am not really a sweet eater at all. When I bake my cake, I add, on my own a can of fresh coconut milk and goodness, the wonderful flavor and so moist. Give it a try, I thhink you will really like it.

Today being Sunday I am being lazy. Just have the I don't want to bug. I was going to go to Joanns today and get some Yarn but here I sit. I hope you have a lovely Sunday afternoon.

Wow, look what I found today at the good will store.

Found a very old chicken pottery piece but because the price was not on it she said I had to wait until the lady came in to price it. Darn. Hope it will be there when I go back.

WOO SATURDAY ALREADY

Well, I was up before the Rooster this morning. My hubby use to have Chickens and I really do miss the sound of them each morning. The ole Rooster would crow and the chicks would began their sounds. I am one who when I raise them I do not eat them. No way ever. Eggs are ok but not the pet.

This is what I made yesterday for a Birthday Gift. Today I am pattern looking to see what my next project is going to be. Wishing you a nice day.

Morning to ya, raining here in sunny Florida today. I decided to make this a slow day and just do my own thing. Whatever that turns out to be.

Spring is sure in the air. I wonder if this is going to be a very long hot summer with it being so early this year. All the trees and flowers are in full bloom and so beautiful. I think I might even plant my Roses this weekend. I like the knock-out ones as they seems to have more blooms on them.

SATURDAY HELLO

In the Northern Hemisphere the story of the rose goes back to the beginning of time. Queen of the garden and rightly so, the rose is a jewel which gardeners have patiently shaped from generation to generation.

Roses are truely a sight to see. The aroma so heavenly. We have a place about one hour from where I live that is called Bellingrath Gardens in Alabama. Every flower and tree that you can think of you will see here. Ladies dressed in evening gowns sitting around the lake is one true beauty. If you ever get the chance, this is a must see.

FLORIDA SUNSHINE

Florida is all about Palm Trees and beautiful Flowers of all kinds. Rather warm here today. About time I turned on my AC. I am not by any means a summeretime gal, I do not like that heat.

Have you ever heard of Magnoila trees? We have them here and that is the most beautiful tree and flower to me. They smell heavenly. Give out a nice shade area as they can get rather big.

MARCH BEGINNINGS

My lil guy, Mickey looks at me this morning when I told him a new month is beginning. He is such a great lil man and loves me unconditionally for sure. He actually knows the hand that feeds him . lol The birds are singing and the flowers all in bloom. My mother always told me that until
Easter is over it can get very cold anytime, so I think I will hold off on planting my roses until next year. Everyone have a lovely day.
