SUNDAY BLESSINGS

As I sit alone today I feel and think of so many things that has happened to me in my lifetime.   One being, my Mother.  I never gave her the credit she was due as being my mom.  She chose me, as you see, I was adopted and raised by two wonderful people.   I look back and think, I was chosen, she did not have to take me, but she did.  I was brought up in a christian home and I thank God that she chose me to be raised in this kind of home.  Every Sunday we would go to church, me all dressed up in my Sunday best and my Mom with her Bible.  I would not take one second away from this as today, I can  look back and see how wonderful I really had it.  I now have 3 children of my own, if I could go back, I know that I would do things different.  I did take them to church but as they got older and went their own way, they did not attend church as I wish they had.
I do know they have God in their hearts and I want to say, I love my Children with all my heart and soul.  Thank you God for allowing me to have great kiddos.  Take care of them and lead them into the right path.

Now, sit back and listen to this wonderful song

I was brought up in church, and still go to church every opportunity I have that I am not sick. I would not want to live any other kind of life. I have a wonderful Christian husband. I also raised my son in church, but as he got older the things of the world were more interesting to him, so he has gone that way. We can only teach them we can't make them go to church, and the bible tells us this: Proverbs 22:6
King James Version (KJV)
6. Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
I am so thankful for my christian raising, and the pitfalls my mother saved me from by teaching me to keep me from falling into. God bless our Christian mother's all over the world today, and every day.
your friend,
