The beginning of a project for a very special lady. It is for Christmas, yes I said Christmas as if I began now I am sure to have it finished with everything else I have going on. When I am stressed, I can pick up the hook and relax. Crocheting is really a beautiful art.
Enjoy your Evening.

LOL, INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BIRDS NEST
Instructions
1. Generously grease the wells of a muffin pan with the butter (this will help later when you are taking out the chilled nests).
2. In a large microwave-proof bowl, heat the chocolate and butterscotch chips in 30 second intervals until thoroughly melted, stirring after each increment.**It only took me two 30-second intervals.
3. Once melted, add the peanut butter to the chocolate/butterscotch mixture, mixing well until smooth and completely combined.
4. Carefully add the chow mein noodles, stirring with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula, until completely coated.
5. Using a large spoon, mold the mixture into the wells of your muffin tin, indenting the tops slightly with the back of the spoon.
6. Chill the nests until hardened, about 1 hour or so.
7. Once chilled, gently remove the nests from the muffin tin.***I used a butter knife as a lever to pop them out-this seemed to work.
8. Place three eggs (or colored jelly beans!) on the tops of each nest.
Silly me, I forgot to give you the instructions to make the goodies.

A THURSDAY HELLO
You say, where the heck have you been? Well, just here and there and just being lazy I guess from keeping up with my blog. Florida is getting alot of rain and a colder winter then last year. I sure miss the snow as to me it is so beautiful falling from the sky.
It is beginning to look alot like springtime as the trees and flowers are blooming but the cold snap comming in , it will probably kill off the buds. My grandpa use to tell me until after Easter you can expect to get frost on the lawn. I always wanted to go bare foot but was not allowed to until May 1st. Now why was that I wonder.
I hope you enjoy your afternoon and check back again as I will be posting more often.

Frozen Coconut Limeade
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 5-1/2 cups ice
- 5/8 cup Coco Lopez cream of coconut (can be found in most grocery stores near the mixed drinks section)
- 4-5 Tbsp. frozen limeade concentrate

Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
That's easy enough right? So easy, that you should try it with other
