RAINING IN FLORIDA

Have you ever heard that it is raining cats and dogs?  Now where in the world did someone come up with that saying, I looked out but I don't see any cats or dogs.  Funny

Today I will be lazy and do nothing but lay around.  I just love those type of days.

I have been working on some projects for a lady, here is one

Today I will do a few White ones as well as Red.  Christmas is right around the corner they say so my hands will be busy as a Bee.

WHAT I WOULD GIVE

Hello, as a Mother, do you ever think of back when your kiddos were still at home and all was sweet in everyway?  At times I get sort of  homesick for my children.  They are all here, their and everywhere.  My Oldest is in Georgia, next, my other son , he is in Tennessee and my daughter is here in Florida.  As a mommie it is so hard on me when they have troubles and I can not fix it for them.  I often think, where did I go wrong that they can't have the perfect life.  If I could, I would take all their pain and heartaches for them.  Here are my beautiful Children, of course this was several years ago.  I love them so much.

WOW, GARDEN TIME

Morning to ya,  I went out and picked some of the vegs and decided to put some stuffed peppers in the freezer as well as cut up some for sauces use.

the hot peppers we stuffed as well with pulled pork.  Yummie of course
The Lemon tree is also  loaded so will have lots of lemonade this year.

The orange tree is so full also it is breaking limbs, so hubby will work on that today to prop them up.  I need to take a pic ofd that so you can see all the oranges we will have.

A WEDNESDAY HOWDY

Morning Dear Friends, The sun is out and the birds are singing on this very Hot morning.  Getting things ready for a yard sale in the morning and I bet it will be HOT out to do this.  Hubby says he can take the heat but this ole gal can not,

He is out mowing right now.  I remember when I use to have to keep the yards mowed when I was a girl living at home.  If the yard was not mowed come Saturday then I was not allowed to go to the movies which was a treat forsure. They always had double features, the popcorn was 10 cent, drinks  5cents and only 25 cent to get into the movie.Goodness am I telling my age.

Oh goodness, summer is really here.  It is so so hot out today.  It looks like we might get some rain as here in Florida we do get alot of afternoon showers. 
This morning our lil guy, Mickey tell us it is time for his ride in the golf cart, if  he wants to go he looks at you as if you would talk to him.  He is sure a joy to have.

We picked Tomatoes, hot peppers and bell peppers out of the garden this  morning.  Going to stuff the Bell peppers and freeze them for another day.  I also have Banana peppers as well.

HELLO SATURDAY

What a hot day it is here in sunny Florida today.  I do think Summer has arrived.  Again I will say, I am a winter time gal.  I have been kinda out of sorts for a few weeks, I just can't seem to get my get up and go to so just that, "Get up and go".
I am crocheting and making a few Doilys' for my sister in law.  Take a look

She loves putples.
