THURSDAY HELLO

NO BAKE - Cream Cheese, Coconut, Snowball's Recipe

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened.
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained.
1 cup choppe...d pecans
3 cups flaked coconut.

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple until combined then fold in the pecans. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Take out of refrigerator and roll into 1-inch balls; then roll the balls in the coconut. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

 

Goodness, doesn't this look good?  This is on my to-do list again today.  So yummie. 

AA SUNDAY HELLO

yep, I am speaking to you.  I hope your Sunday will be a good one, that you are safe, warm and happy.  Such a beautiful day here in sunny Florida.  I think that Easter Bunny will hopefully bring lots of nice weather to your place.

I am working on another Doily.  It is called The Gold Glory.  Hopefully I will get it finished along with all my other crafting this year.

I am doing it in a warm rust color with a cream finish.

MY LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN

Hello,
Looks like we are in for a wet day here in sunny Florida.  People ask me if I am tired of my home on wheels yet and my answer is NO.  I love it, not much work
to keep up with so this gives me more time for all my hobbies.  I am always doing somerthing, alot of crocheting for sure.  We planted our tomatoes and peppers yesterday so the rain will be good for that.  I plan on going over to Hobby Lobby today and look around.  Who knows, I might finid something that says buy-me.

HELLO SPRING

Such a true statement.  Good thing always comes back to you .  My Mother would always tell me "If you can't say something nice of someone, then don't say it at all."  such good words to live by.  If our children and grand children could just one month live as we did , which is back in the good ole days, they would understand things and life alot better.  I am so thankfull my 3 children are grown but goodness, Now my grandkids and this world the way it is today.  No respect, just a don't give a hoot about anything or anyone but themselves.

CRAZY, WHO ME

For real, did I just post that.  Looks like we might be in for a storm tonight from the looks of things here at my house.  I love to listen to the rain  as it sings me to sleep.  I remember being in a place when I was younger that had a tin roof and the sound of the rain drops was so nice.   Today has been a busy one and now I think I will say good night from sunny Florida.

IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK ALOT LIKE SPRING

The flowers are sure in bloom and so beautiful.  Spring is right upon us that is for sure.  Today is a beautiful one here in sunny Florida.  I think it is 71 out and the sun is nice and warm.  I love Springtime and Fall and I am not a summertime gal that is for sure.;  Give me the winter months any day.  Florida gets really hot and I mean HOT.
Wishing you a weekend of rest, relaxing and safe trips if you venture out.

TO POOPED TO POP

Have you ever heard that saying, to pooped to pop?  When I was younger I remember hearing my mom say that.  Now I wonder why she did that, never figured it out.  LOL.  Today was a Mother/Daughter day and I could tell my daughter needed it for sure.  We had lunch and did the usual chit chat thing.
Tomorrow will be a busy day as well as plan on doing a big cleaning.  Then, Saturday hopefully, will shampoo my carpet.  Wait, did I say I was ready for the weekend?  Wonder where my mind was when I posted that. 
Oh well, whatever.  I started a tablecloth yesterday so will be busy crocheting on that for awhile along with another Afghan.  Here is one I just finished

It turned out to be a large one.  Something to keep the ole hands busy.  Here's wishing you a wonderful weekend and catch ya later.

COLD SATURDAY

Goodness it sure is cold here in sunny Florida.  I was told that Spring was just around the corner so I decided to see if I could find it.  Every corner here at my place is COLD and WINDY.  I am crocheting today, decided to work on a Doily for my collection and watch the old tube.  I don't watch that much TV but when I am crocheting I will have it on something I like to see.  Not much on unless it is a older movie that is worth watching.  I don't go for the movies today with all the language, guns and stuff they do.  Just not my cup of tea.
