Just look at this lil guy, isn't he adorable. He is his nanny lil man for sure. This precious baby will be going through open heart surgery in about 2 weeks. I ask all my friend and family to keep him in their prayers and thoughts as he goes through this ordeal. God is good so he will take good care of him I am sure.
