ITS MEATBALL TIME



Holiday Bourbon Whiskey Meatballs-
1 lb frozen meatballs
1/2 C ketchup
1/2 C brown sugar, packed
1/4 C bourbon whiskey
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  1. Mix everything except meatballs.
  2. Add frozen meatballs to crock pot or baking dish, pour sauce over and mix well.
  3. If using crock pot: turn up to high for one hour, stirring a few times. Then turn to low until ready to serve.
  4. If using oven: Mix everything, cover dish in foil and place in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil, stir and bake for 20 minutes more, stir and serve.
I will fix this this weekend as I heard it was really tasty.  so we'll see.

This recipe does sound delicious! I even have the frozen meatballs in my freezer. How's that for a head start.
I haven't tried loading pictures this evening..but tomorrow I will muddle around in the problem once more.
WHERE are you off to? Just taking some time away from blogging?
I wish to heavens you could get that "robot proof" off. I think you would get a ton more comments. A nicer blogger than you does not exist! :)
